Poster Presentation

A poster presentation is a perfect medium for direct two way communication with all interested delegates on specific topics, projects or programs. Good design is essential to bring this important part of the Conference to success.

Authors of the poster presentations are requested to set up their posters on the allotted boards as early as possible on Monday Morning, 21st October and to take them down on Friday Morning, 23rd October.

The panel at your disposal will have a maximum display area measuring 0.9m (width) x 1.2m (height). The boards will be numbered according to the Conference Program.

During poster presentation sessions authors of posters are requested to be present at their posters at the time indicated in the Conference Program. This will give all Conference delegates the opportunity for questions and discussion.
